Daily Recap is SkipCalls' intelligent evening summary feature that gives you a quick overview of your day's communication activity - all delivered as a convenient push notification at your preferred time.

What Does Daily Recap Include?

Your Daily Recap provides:

  • AI-Powered Summary: A concise, intelligent summary (100-200 characters) highlighting the most important calls of your day

  • Call Prioritization: Focuses on incoming calls first (since they're most important), mentioning outgoing calls only when they have meaningful outcomes

  • Key Moments: Highlights appointments confirmed, callbacks needed, messages left, and other action items

  • Quick Access Links: Direct links to your top 3 most important calls for instant review

  • Spam Tracking: Shows how many spam calls were blocked (mentioned at the end if any)

  • Smart Filtering: Ignores silent/abandoned/hang-up calls and focuses on real conversations

How It Works

Automatic Delivery

  1. Daily Schedule: Recap is delivered every evening at your chosen time (in your timezone)

  2. Smart Timing: Default delivery time is 8:00 PM, but you can customize it to any hour

  3. Intelligent Summary: AI analyzes all your calls (incoming and outgoing) and generates a natural, conversational summary

  4. Push Notification: Delivered as a high-priority push notification when it's a busy day, normal priority otherwise

Example Summaries

Busy day example:

"[Dr. Smith] confirmed Thursday appointment. [Mom] left message - call back. and 3 spam blocked"

Single important call:

"Plumber [Joe's Plumbing] will arrive Tuesday 2pm."

Quiet day with spam:

"No calls today. 5 spam blocked."

No activity:

"No calls today yet."
