Managing Call History

Written by Nikita Podelenko

The Reception tab in the SkipCalls mobile app is your call history. It shows every call your receptionist answered or made for you, plus your message conversations.

Open your call history

Tap Reception in the bottom bar. At the top you'll see three tabs:

  • Incoming: calls your receptionist answered.

  • Outgoing: calls your receptionist made for you.

  • Messages: text conversations with your customers.

Tap a tab name to switch, or swipe left and right.

Read a call

Each call card shows a short summary of the call, who called, and when. Tap a card to expand it and see:

  • The full summary and what the caller needed

  • The transcript of the conversation

  • The call recording, which you can play right in the app

  • Quick actions: Call back, Send message, or Block number

More call options

Tap the ⋯ button on a call card to:

  • Open Customer Profile for the caller

  • Rate call to tell us how your receptionist did

  • Block number

  • Delete call

Search

Use the Search history bar at the top of the list to find a call. If you don't see it, scroll to the top of the list.

Delete calls

  • One call: tap ⋯ on the call card, then Delete call, and confirm.

  • Several calls: press and hold a call to start selecting, tap the other calls you want, then delete them together.

Deleted calls can't be restored.

Refresh

Pull down on the list to load the latest calls. New calls usually appear a few seconds after they end.

Hide spam and hang-ups

To keep your history focused on real conversations, go to Settings → App Settings and turn on Hide unwanted calls. Spam and callers who hang up right away are hidden from Home and your call history. Nothing is deleted, and you can show them again anytime.

Tips

  • Your most recent calls also appear on the Home tab.

  • To review your whole day at once, turn on Daily Recap.
