What is your SkipCalls number?
Your SkipCalls number is the phone number your AI receptionist answers calls on. You'll need it whenever you set up call forwarding from your existing carrier (Google Voice, Ooma, iPhone, Verizon, etc.) so that calls get routed to your AI.
On the mobile app (iOS & Android)
Open the SkipCalls app
Tap Settings in the bottom tab bar
Find the Receptionist card at the top — your SkipCalls number is shown directly under the agent name
For the full view, tap Receptionist Settings — your number appears under the SkipCalls Number field with a copy button
On the web dashboard (app.skipcalls.com)
Log in at app.skipcalls.com
In the left sidebar, click Phone Numbers
Your SkipCalls numbers are listed with their assigned agents. Click the number to copy it
The web dashboard is also where you manage multiple numbers, assign them to different agents, or buy additional numbers.
Using your number for call forwarding
Once you have your SkipCalls number, use it as the forward-to destination in your carrier's settings. Guides for each carrier are available in the Phone Numbers collection of this help center.
