How to Switch from Mobile App Billing to Web Dashboard
If you subscribed through the iOS or Android app, you're on a mobile plan. Additional plans with more features are available through the web dashboard.
Steps to switch
Cancel your mobile subscription first
iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → SkipCalls → Cancel Subscription
Android: Go to Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → SkipCalls → Cancel
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Wait for your mobile subscription to fully expire
Web plans won't appear while you still have an active mobile subscription. You need to wait until your current period ends.
Log into the web dashboard
Go to app.skipcalls.com and sign in with the same account (Sign in with Apple or Google — whichever you used originally).
Go to Billing in the sidebar
Click "Billing" in the left sidebar. You'll see the available web plans.
Choose your plan and complete payment
Select the plan you want. Payment is processed through Stripe (credit card).
Don't see plans on the web dashboard?
If you're on the Billing page but don't see the web plans, it usually means:
Your mobile subscription is still active — even if you canceled, it continues until the end of your billing period. Wait for it to expire fully.
You need to contact support — if your subscription has expired and you still can't see the plans, reach out to us and we'll set it up for you.
