Team Accounts: Collaborating with Your Team

Written by Nikita Podelenko

Overview

Team Accounts let you invite other people to access your SkipCalls workspace. Team members can view and manage your agents, calls, contacts, campaigns, and more — without sharing your login credentials.

Team Accounts require an active paid subscription. You can invite up to 50 team members.

How Teams Work

Every SkipCalls account has its own workspace. When you invite someone, they get access to your workspace — your agents, phone numbers, calls, and contacts. They log in with their own SkipCalls account and can switch between their personal workspace and yours using the Workspace Switcher in the sidebar.

Team members don't need their own subscription. Only the workspace owner needs an active plan.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Team Management in your dashboard.

  2. Click Invite Member.

  3. Enter their email address.

  4. Choose a roleMember or Admin (see below).

  5. Click Send Invitation.

They'll receive an email with a link to accept. If they don't have a SkipCalls account yet, they'll need to sign up first using the same email.

Accepting an Invitation

If someone invites you, you'll see it on the Team Management page. You can Accept to join or Decline to skip.

Roles

Owner

The person who created the account. Full access to everything, including billing, API keys, and account deletion.

Admin

Broad access to the workspace:

  • Manage agents, calls, contacts, campaigns, knowledge, and more

  • Invite and remove team members

  • Buy and release phone numbers

  • Connect calendar integrations

Admins can't: access billing, manage API keys, or delete the account.

Member

Day-to-day access:

  • Manage agents, calls, contacts, campaigns, knowledge, and more

  • View call history and dashboard stats

Members can't: invite or remove team members, buy phone numbers, connect calendars, access billing, manage API keys, or delete the account.

What Team Members Can See

When someone switches to your workspace, they see everything — all agents, phone numbers, calls, contacts, and campaigns. There's no per-agent or per-number access control. It's all-or-nothing.

Switching Workspaces

If you belong to multiple workspaces, use the Workspace Switcher in the sidebar to switch between them. Click Back to My Workspace to return to your own.

Changing Roles

Owners and Admins can change a member's role in the Team Management page using the role dropdown. You can't change your own role.

Removing Members

Owners and Admins can remove members or cancel pending invitations from the Team Management page. You can't remove yourself — use Leave Workspace instead.

Leaving a Workspace

If you're part of someone else's workspace, you can leave anytime from Team Management → Joined Workspaces. You'll immediately lose access. The owner can re-invite you later.
