Connect Jobber to SkipCalls
Automatically sync your call data to Jobber. When your AI receptionist handles a call, SkipCalls creates or updates the client in Jobber and logs a Work Request with the full call details.
What This Integration Does
After each call, SkipCalls automatically:
Finds or creates the client - Searches Jobber by phone number. If the caller exists, uses their record. If not, creates a new client.
Creates a Work Request - Logs a request with the call summary, transcript, recording link, and any collected information (name, email, service needed, etc.)
Your team sees every call in Jobber immediately - no manual data entry required.
Before You Start
You'll need:
A Jobber account (any plan)
Admin access to your Jobber account
A SkipCalls account with an active AI receptionist
How to Connect
In SkipCalls, go to Settings β Integrations
Find the Jobber card and click Connect Jobber Account
You'll be redirected to Jobber's login page
Log in with your Jobber credentials (if not already logged in)
Review the permissions and click Authorize
You'll be redirected back to SkipCalls with a success message
That's it! Every call handled by your AI receptionist will now sync to Jobber automatically.

Troubleshooting
Calls not appearing in Jobber
Check that your Jobber connection shows "Connected" in SkipCalls
New calls may take 1-2 minutes to appear in Jobber
Verify the call completed successfully (not abandoned)
Duplicate clients being created
SkipCalls matches clients by phone number
Ensure the phone number format is consistent in Jobber
If a client exists with a different phone format, a duplicate may be created
Connection expired
Jobber tokens expire periodically for security
If you see "disconnected" status, simply reconnect using the same steps
Your existing data in Jobber is not affected
