What is the Lofty Integration?

The Lofty (formerly Chime) integration allows you to automatically sync call data from SkipCalls to your Lofty real estate CRM. When a call completes, SkipCalls will create or update leads in Lofty and log call activities.

What You'll Need

  • A Lofty account with API access

  • Your Lofty API Key or OAuth access token

How to Get Your Lofty API Key

  1. Log in to your Lofty dashboard

  2. Click the Settings (gear icon) in the navigation

  3. Navigate to API Access or Integrations

  4. Click Generate API Key or connect via OAuth

  5. Copy the generated key

Setting Up the Integration

  1. In SkipCalls, go to Integrations from the sidebar

  2. Find Lofty in the CRM Integrations section and click it

  3. Paste your API Key or OAuth access token

  4. Configure your preferences:

    • Automatically Create Leads: Creates new leads in Lofty when a caller's phone number isn't found

  5. Click Test Connection to verify your credentials

  6. Click Save Settings

Advanced Settings

Click "Advanced Settings" to access additional options:

  • Smart Filter: Use AI to filter which calls get synced to Lofty. Enable this and provide custom rules like "Only send calls where user mentioned 'pricing' or 'showing'"

  • API Base URL: Only change this if instructed by Lofty support (default: https://api.lofty.com/v1.0)

What Data Gets Synced?

When a call completes (inbound or outbound), SkipCalls sends the following to Lofty:

  • Caller phone number

  • Call duration

  • Call summary and outcome

  • Full transcript (if available)

  • Recording URL

Troubleshooting

Connection test shows error:

  • Verify your API key is correct and has not expired

  • Make sure your Lofty account has API access enabled

  • Note: Browser-based testing may be blocked by CORS - the actual integration will work correctly

Leads not appearing in Lofty:

  • Check that the integration is enabled and saved

  • Verify the webhook is active in your SkipCalls webhook settings

  • If using Smart Filter, ensure your rules aren't filtering out the calls
