Connect Google Calendar
Connecting your Google Calendar allows the AI receptionist to check your availability and book appointments during calls.
What Calendar Integration Does
When connected, your AI receptionist can:
Check your calendar for available time slots
Book appointments directly on your calendar
Avoid double-booking by seeing existing events
Suggest times based on your working hours
Connecting Your Calendar
Go to Settings tab
Tap Integrations
Tap Connect Google Calendar
Sign in with your Google account
Grant SkipCalls permission to access your calendar
Once connected, you'll see your calendar name with a colored dot indicating the calendar color.
Calendar Settings
After connecting, you can configure:
Agent Can Create Events
Toggle this on to allow the AI to create new calendar events. If off, the AI will only read your calendar but won't book anything.
Working Days
Select which days of the week you're available for appointments. Tap the day buttons to toggle them on/off.
Working Hours
Set your available hours for each day. You can:
Use the same hours every day, or
Toggle Same hours every day off to set different hours per day
Appointment Duration
Choose the default meeting length: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
Break Between Events
Enable this to add buffer time before and after appointments. Choose 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes.
Custom Instructions
Add specific instructions for how the AI should handle calendar requests. For example:
"Prioritize morning appointments"
"Don't book meetings on Fridays after 3 PM"
"Always confirm the caller's email before booking"
Managing Multiple Calendars
If you have multiple Google calendars, tap the calendar dropdown to switch between them. You can also:
Connect Another: Add additional Google accounts
Disconnect: Remove the current calendar connection
Use the menu (three dots) in the top-right corner of the Calendar Settings screen to access these options.
Saving Changes
After adjusting settings, tap Save Changes to apply them. The AI will use your new preferences for future calls.
