Managing Call History

The History tab shows all your incoming and outgoing calls handled by SkipCalls. Here's how to navigate and manage your call records.

Accessing Call History

Tap the History tab at the bottom of the app. You'll see three tabs:

  • Incoming: Calls received by your AI receptionist

  • Outgoing: Calls made on your behalf by the AI

  • Chats: SMS conversations (if enabled)

Swipe left or right to switch between tabs, or tap the tab names at the top.

Understanding Call Cards

Each call is displayed as a card showing:

  • Caller name or number: If the contact is in your synced contacts, you'll see their name

  • Date and time: When the call occurred

  • Call outcome: Answered, voicemail left, spam detected, etc.

  • Duration: How long the call lasted

Viewing Call Details

Tap on any call card to expand it and see:

  • Full transcript: A text version of the conversation

  • AI summary: A quick summary of what was discussed

  • Recording playback: Listen to the actual call

  • Caller actions: Call back, send SMS, or add to contacts

Searching Calls

Pull down on the call list to reveal the search bar. You can search by:

  • Phone number

  • Contact name

  • Words in the transcript

Deleting Calls

To delete calls:

  1. Single call: Expand the call card and tap the delete button

  2. Multiple calls: Long-press any call to enter selection mode, select multiple calls, then tap the delete button

Pull to Refresh

Pull down on the call list to refresh and load the latest calls. New calls typically appear within seconds of being completed.

Tips

  • Calls marked as spam are automatically flagged β€” review them to confirm or unblock

  • Use the search to quickly find calls from a specific person or about a specific topic

  • The homepage also shows your most recent calls for quick access
