Create Your Account

When you first open the app, you can sign up using:

  • Apple Sign-In (iOS only)

  • Google Sign-In

Choose your preferred method and follow the prompts to create your account.

Complete the Onboarding

After signing up, you'll go through a quick onboarding process:

  1. Select Your Goal: Choose what you want SkipCalls to help with β€” catching leads, blocking spam, automating callbacks, or saving time

  2. Choose Your Business Type: Select the category that best describes your business

  3. Fill Out Core Info: Add your business name, website, and contact details

  4. Choose a Voice: Select a voice for your AI receptionist from our library of natural-sounding voices

Choose a Subscription Plan

Pick the plan that fits your usage. For current pricing and options, see skipcalls.com/pricing or open Settings β†’ Subscription in the app. New users get a 7-day free trial to test the service risk-free.

Set Up Call Forwarding

The final step is configuring your phone to forward calls to SkipCalls. The app will guide you through this process based on your mobile carrier. See our detailed guide: Setting Up Your AI Receptionist.

You're Ready!

Once call forwarding is set up, your AI receptionist will:

  • Answer calls when you can't

  • Take messages and transcribe them

  • Screen spam calls

  • Send you instant notifications

  • Book appointments (with calendar integration)

Check the History tab for your incoming and outgoing calls, or explore Settings to customize your receptionist's behavior.
