Which Should I Use?
Start with Mobile if:
You're a solo professional or small business
You need a quick, simple setup
One phone number is enough
You only need Google Calendar
You want push notifications on your phone
Use Web App if:
You need multiple agents or phone numbers
You want to integrate with CRMs
You need Calendly, Cal.com, or Square for booking
You want to invite team members
You need detailed Knowledge Base with documents
You want to automate with Zapier or webhooks
Using Both Together
You can use both platforms with the same account. However, the mobile app is optimized for single-agent setups.
If you have one agent: Both apps work seamlessly together. Configure in web, monitor on mobile, get push notifications - everything syncs perfectly.
If you have multiple agents: The mobile app will still work, but with limitations:
You'll receive push notifications for all calls across all agents
You can view call history and SMS conversations
Agent settings and configuration won't display properly for multiple agents
For full control, use the web app
Recommendation: If you're using multiple agents, stick to the web app for configuration and management. Use the mobile app primarily for notifications and quick access to conversations.
