How to Connect kvCORE (BoldTrail) CRM

What this does

Connecting SkipCalls to your kvCORE (BoldTrail) CRM allows you to automatically sync contacts and log all call activities directly within your real estate CRM. This ensures your lead data is always up-to-date and your conversation history is preserved without manual entry.


Before you start

  • An active kvCORE / BoldTrail account.

  • A SkipCalls account with an agent configured.


Step-by-Step Connection

  1. Log in to your SkipCalls dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings β†’ API Keys β†’ CRM tab.

  3. Locate the kvCORE section.

  4. Enter your API Bearer Token (see the section below on how to get this).

  5. Enable "Automatically Create Contacts" (recommended) to ensure new callers are added to your CRM automatically.

  6. Click Test Connection to verify the link.

  7. Click Save Settings to finalize the integration.


How to get credentials (API Token)

kvCORE users need to generate an API Token to allow SkipCalls to communicate with their CRM. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your kvCORE dashboard.

  2. Go to Lead Engine in the main menu on the left.

  3. Select Lead Dropbox.

  4. Find the "My API Tokens" section.

  5. Click Generate.

  6. Ensure that "Contacts" access is included in the token permissions.

  7. Copy the generated token immediately (you won't be able to see it again).


What gets synced

  • Call Records: Automatic logs of every outbound and inbound call.

  • Lead Info: Contact details are created or updated automatically.

  • Conversation Notes: AI-generated summaries and transcripts are attached to the contact record in kvCORE.


Troubleshooting

  • Invalid Token: Double-check that you copied the entire token and that it hasn't expired.

  • "Contacts" Access Not Enabled: Ensure the API token you generated has full permissions for the "Contacts" scope in kvCORE.

  • Sync Delays: Most activities sync instantly, but please allow up to 5 minutes for call logs to appear in kvCORE.
