How to Request a SkipCalls Refund

The correct refund path depends on where you paid. SkipCalls supports web payments through Stripe as well as subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store and Google Play.

First, check where you subscribed

  • Web dashboard or credit card checkout: Stripe

  • iPhone or iPad subscription: Apple App Store

  • Android subscription: Google Play

Stripe or web purchase

Contact SkipCalls support from the email used for your account. Initial subscription purchases can be requested for refund within 30 days. Include the purchase date and reason for the request. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear.

Apple App Store purchase

Apple controls App Store billing and refund decisions. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, select SkipCalls, and choose Request a refund. Apple decides eligibility and timing.

Google Play purchase

Google controls Google Play billing and refund decisions. Open your Google Play order history, select the SkipCalls purchase, and choose Request a refund or Report a problem. Google decides eligibility and timing.

Cancel future renewals

A refund request does not always cancel the subscription. Cancel web subscriptions from SkipCalls Billing, Apple subscriptions from iOS Settings under Subscriptions, and Android subscriptions from Google Play under Payments and subscriptions.

If you are not sure where you paid, contact SkipCalls support and we will help identify the billing provider. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
